Responsibilities
Testing and Validation: Manual and automated software testing. This includes executing test cases, identifying bugs, and logging defects with clear and concise details
Organization and Planning: Organize testing schedules, track project activities, and ensure that testing artifacts, such as test plans and test results, are well-documented and maintained
Deployment Support: Deployment of software by helping with pre- and post-deployment checks and collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions
Communication: Communicates testing status, issues, and results to team members and other stakeholders
Output Comparison: Conducts comparisons of software outputs against expected results or against previous versions to identify and report discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Leading, planning, execution, and delivery of complex software modernization projects - 10 Years
Experience capturing system requirements and guiding UAT preparation - 10 Years
Experience managing system enhancements and module integrations to expand functionality - 10 Years
Experience with all facets of State Government Workforce Services Systems - 10 Years
