Peraton is seeking an experienced Department of War (DoW) Rewards Program Operations Analyst to play a critical role in the coordination, analysis, and execution of the DoW Rewards Program. This role involves managing complex information flows, conducting detailed analysis, and facilitating collaboration across multiple staff sections and interagency partners.

Responsibilities

This position supports ongoing operations by managing complex information flows, conducting detailed analysis, and facilitating collaboration across multiple staff sections and interagency partners
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of supporting media, information, and intelligence operations in a dynamic environment
This role requires close coordination with organic subcomponent staffs and interagency intelligence teams to ensure the effective implementation of the rewards program across the area of operations
The analyst will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for validating information received through the program, cross‑referencing it with additional data sources, and working with intelligence elements at all levels to illuminate and exploit insights related to counterterrorism and force protection
Conduct continuous collaboration with multiple staff sections, including intelligence, fires, force protection, etc
Attend and actively participate in weekly work groups and meetings
Develop and maintain analytical products and common operating pictures, utilizing systems like MAVEN/JWICS to support ongoing operations
Assist in the secure and timely payment and tracking of tipsters, rewards, and related information messaging
Conduct nodal analysis to assist intelligence and operations functions that support the rewards program
Coordinate with Other Government Agencies (OGAs) in the collection and analysis of information to support program objectives
Develop and analyze media plans designed to proactively solicit information within the designated area of operations
Maintain and analyze incoming tips using the NEXUS dashboard (a ServiceNow Cloud-based CRM), ensuring the system sustains weekly updates and data integrity
Coordinate and facilitate linguist support for all information operations to ensure accurate communication and analysis
Collaborate with subcomponent commands to effectively support their respective DoW Rewards Program initiatives
Facilitate awareness of all active Military Information Support Operations (MISO) programs in the Area of Responsibility (AOR) to ensure effective support and deconfliction

Required

Bachelor's degree and a minimum 8 years' experience; Or military service-based training and an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree
Familiarity with staffing procedures, targeting TTPs as well as the US CENTRAL COMMAND historic, current, and emerging threats
Experience in target development and validation process and applying a collection management strategy against designated targets
Ability to proactively identify and assess risks and opportunities
Experience operating in tactical, operational, strategic environments as well as multi-national and Interagency Partner environments as a staff member with minimum guidance with background in the following:
+ Deep understanding of classification guidelines and handling procedures
+ Demonstrated ability to perform all source operational intelligence analysis
+ Demonstrated ability to deliver individually sourced unclassified and classified products
+ Demonstrated understanding geographic combatant command structures, functions, and requirements
+ Proven experience in a collaborative role involving intelligence, operations, and force protection
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in creating operational pictures and conducting data analysis in MAVEN Smart Systems
+ Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably ServiceNow, and data management systems
+ Demonstrated ability to coordinate with various government agencies and military commands
+ Experience in developing or analyzing media plans and information operations
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Experience in coordinating language support is highly desirable
Demonstrated oral and written communications skills, including an expert ability to communicate effectively with intelligence, interagency and foreign national teammates
Expert Microsoft Office Skills
U.S. citizenship required
Current US Passport
Current, Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Preferred

Familiar with psychological operations and irregular warfare
Experience in special operations
Experience working with remote teammates and superiors
