Responsibilities
Researching, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality data to support market expansion and business initiatives
Working extensively with datasets to identify key client segments, generate actionable leads, and prepare clean, validated data for CRM imports
Auditing records for accuracy and compliance, resolving errors and duplicates, standardizing data, and ensuring ongoing data integrity across systems
Managing multiple data-driven projects simultaneously, using research and prospecting tools to adapt to evolving requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years' experience managing & standardizing data
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality
Ability to work remotely and independently with a reliable internet connection
Proven ability to think independently and solve problems effectively
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, functions, formulas, and macros
Professionalism and strong work ethic
Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and retain information effectively
Proficiency working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Creative, collaborative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and work effectively across teams and departments
