Responsibilities
Prospect, cold call, network, and develop new business within your territory
Manage and grow existing accounts through relationship-based selling
Respond to inbound leads and follow up aggressively to close deals
Own the full sales cycle, including negotiations, pricing, financing/leasing, and trade-ins
Hit revenue and margin targets while protecting company profitability
Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and financing paperwork
Coordinate with Service, Parts, and Management to ensure realistic lead times
Track all customer activity and communication in CRM (no shortcuts)
Manage orders from sale to delivery and keep customers informed every step of the way
Quality-check equipment before delivery and participate in customer delivery and training
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and confidence in B2B sales, relationship selling, and multi-product-line sales
Confidence and ability to close new accounts by cold calling and prospecting
Aggressive follow-up and proven sales closing skills
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
5+ years of sales experience
Clean background check
Current valid Florida driver's license, acceptable driving record
Preferred
Experience in commercial equipment sales is a plus
Some experience in B2B/Government/Education segment experience is preferred
Experience in equipment or industrial machinery sales is a plus
