New Grad, Entry LevelCTech Manufacturing is seeking a full-time Machine Programmer & Production Scheduler to support our growing production team. This role serves as the technical and logistical 'hub' of our fabrication department, responsible for translating production needs into machine-ready instructions.

Responsibilities
Create, modify, and troubleshoot nesting files for Prima Power laser/punch combo machines and bending files for automated panel benders
Manage the daily fabrication schedule, prioritizing jobs to ensure on-time delivery and efficient machine utilization
Ensure all 'nest' and 'bender' files are organized, accurate, and ready for operators to access at the start of each shift
Collaborate with production teams to optimize the order of operations and adjust schedules
Identify ways to reduce scrap and improve machine throughput through strategic nesting and tooling selections
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a shifting production schedule
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve programming/logic issues
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent problem-solving skills, extreme attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Preferred
Previous factory or machine experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with nesting software (Prima Power NC Express/Master BendCam/NCX Bend or similar) is a significant plus
