Responsibilities
Provide customer service to all visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities as directed
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter zones to help to identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and policy violations; working conditions may vary by location
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and designated checkpoints; verify credentials, issue visitor directions, and report unauthorized access attempts per post orders
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, alarms, and suspicious activity; request additional resources when needed
Complete timely security-related reports, incident documentation, and activity logs; communicate with supervisors and location representatives to support coordination and follow-up
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
