Responsibilities

Manage telecom and network-related invoices and support additional financial workflows
Perform procurement activities, including ordering hardware, software, and services
Coordinate deployment and fulfillment of IT equipment and cellular devices
Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records using established IS asset management processes
Independently resolve device-related incidents or coordinate resolution with vendors
Complete analysis, reporting, and documentation as needed

Qualification

IT asset managementServiceNow SAM/HAMSAP AribaAccounts Payable workflowsProcurement processes

Required

4+ years of experience in IT asset management (software & hardware)
Strong understanding of administrative Accounts Payable (A/P) workflows and procurement processes
Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize high‑volume incoming requests in a deadline-driven environment
Hands-on experience with hardware and software asset management
Proficiency with ServiceNow SAM/HAM

Preferred

Experience with SAP Ariba preferred
