Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for multiple priority business intelligence initiatives
Provide program-level governance, coordination, and delivery oversight across a portfolio of analytics programs
Establish and maintain integrated plans, dependencies, milestones, and delivery sequencing
Own delivery discipline including RAID management, status reporting, financial tracking, and change control
Drive cross-functional coordination and decision making across BI, IT, business stakeholders, and vendors
Prepare executive-ready materials including roadmaps, dashboards, status updates, and steering committee content
Support executive governance forums through meeting preparation, aligned messaging, and follow-ups
Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and vendor performance
Manage external vendors and ensure alignment to agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Senior Program Manager with 7+ years of experience
Proven background supporting business intelligence, analytics, or data-driven programs
Experience in Retail and/or Client environments strongly preferred
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills
Comfortable operating in complex, evolving environments with ambiguous requirements
