Responsibilities
Join our team as a Linux Systems Administrator (Service Desk) for Space, Cyber and Intelligence Systems! You'll work with a diverse team managing enterprise systems, specialized Linux OS, cross-domain solutions, and boundary devices
Hands-on work with RedHat Linux, system/server builds, and advanced troubleshooting
Engaging with cross-domain and boundary device solutions
Providing top-notch customer service
Managing enterprise-level solutions and re-imaging workstations, servers, and peripherals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a specialized area; or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a Polygraph is required at time of hire
A minimum of a IAT Level II (DoD 8570/8140.01) certification is required at time of hire: e.g. CompTIA Security+, GSEC, SSCP, and CCNA-Security
Strong experience with Red Hat LINUX command line administration
Proficiency in OS and hardware/software troubleshooting
Ability to apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and address vulnerabilities
Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Preferred
Preference for Network administration experience
Expertise in re-imaging both physical and virtual servers
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to team projects
Strong customer service orientation
