Responsibilities
Build, refine, and maintain forecasting models to support sales planning and revenue cycles
Develop and operationalize goaling models in partnership with Sales and Finance leadership
Design and implement scalable revenue tracking frameworks, including delayed revenue recognition
Create and manage spreadsheets, dashboards, and data systems for ongoing monitoring and reporting
Translate business requirements into quantitative analyses and actionable insights
Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and clearly present findings to stakeholders
Document assumptions, methodologies, and processes to ensure continuity, transparency, and scalability
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Strategy to align revenue performance with financial goals
Qualification
Required
5 to 8+ years of relevant experience, with a background partnering closely with Sales and Finance teams
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in business analysis, forecasting, or financial analytics through professional, contract, or internship work
Strong understanding of economic statistics, forecasting methodologies, and revenue analysis
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a structured, problem-solving mindset
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel and or Google Sheets; experience with SQL, R, Python, or Tableau is preferred
