This role involves synthesizing discussions into actionable outputs, maintaining project artifacts, and tracking issues and risks throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities
Serve as a central support resource for the Activation Team, attending recurring and ad hoc meetings across clinical, operational, facilities, IT, equipment, and support services
Track task progress, dependencies, and completion status; follow up with task owners to ensure accountability
Maintain and update project logs, including:
Issue Log
Risk Register
Decision Log
Action Item Tracker
Develop, update, and format PowerPoint presentations for:
Activation team meetings
Executive and governance updates
Readiness reviews and milestone checkpoints
Support consistent communication across activation workstreams by ensuring information is accurately captured and distributed
Apply project analysis skills to identify:
Dependencies between teams or deliverables
Schedule risks and readiness impacts
Areas requiring clarification or additional planning
Meeting agendas, minutes, and action item summaries
Master activation work plan updates
Issue, risk, and decision logs
Executive-ready PowerPoint decks
Readiness checklists and milestone trackers
Cross-walks between activation activities, owners, and timelines
Status reports and summary dashboards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–7 years of experience in a Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Program Support role—preferably in healthcare, construction, or complex operational environments
Demonstrated experience supporting multi-disciplinary project teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred
Experience supporting healthcare activation, transition planning, or large capital projects
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Experience working with issue/risk tracking and readiness planning
Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows (preferred but not required)
