Responsibilities
Receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products efficiently
Organizing stock and maintaining inventory levels
Processing orders accurately to guarantee customer satisfaction
Inspecting products for defects and reporting any damages
Moving materials from receiving or storage areas to designated shipping locations
Sorting items on racks, shelves, or bins, and restocking inventory as needed
Assisting in unloading shipments from delivery trucks
Utilizing moving equipment such as dollies and forklifts to transport goods
Following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED is required
Must be capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes up to 50 lbs
Solid skills in using inventory software and basic math
Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery required
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Effective communicator
Good team player
Able to manage time efficiently
Preferred
Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
License and certification for operating forklift and/or heavy machinery preferred
Demonstrated awareness of proper warehouse and factory safety procedures preferred
