Responsibilities
Following and understanding all written procedures and work instructions
Reading blueprints to understand features, measurements, tolerance, and materials
Using appropriate measurement equipment to measure components and goods
Determine the conformity of all parts, processes and finished goods based on the above guidelines and tools
Communicate conformity status with detailed accuracy
Entering, isolating, and blocking non-conforming or suspected non-conforming material in SAP
Ability to audit processes and procedures while maintaining records
Maintain standards in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with SAP
First piece inspections and ability to use required equipment to evaluate products
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
Ability to work independently while prioritizing quality
