Responsibilities
Develop executive-level strategy and decision-support presentations
Structure and analyze complex, ambiguous business and technology problems
Translate inputs from business, data, and tech teams into clear recommendations
Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic narratives and messaging
Support data, digital, and technology transformation initiatives
Ensure strategy outputs are grounded in a solid understanding of modern data platforms
Qualification
Required
Proven experience creating executive-level strategy or decision-support decks
Strong problem-solving and structuring skills
Working knowledge of data, data architecture, and modern technology platforms
Experience supporting data or technology transformation programs
Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong storytelling ability
Ability to work onsite in McLean, VA (5 days/week)
Preferred
Financial services or mortgage-domain experience
Consulting, strategy, or analytics background
Experience working with senior executives / C-level stakeholders
Exposure to large-scale data or technology transformation programs
