Responsibilities
Execute data onboarding workflows, including running Python scripts, managing permission requests, and performing data validation tasks
Follow established procedures for table configuration, bulk onboarding operations, and quality checks
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux/UNIX workstations
Support network connectivity and system configurations (Ethernet, TCP/IP, Windows Server)
Work independently on high-volume, repeatable tasks with strong attention to detail
Maintain a customer-focused approach while proactively solving problems
Qualification
Required
Unix/Linux experience, SQL and scripting exposure
Ability to work independently on high-volume, repeatable tasks with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of PC hardware, software troubleshooting, and workstation maintenance
Experience with Windows XP/7 and Server environments; Mac OS X (10.4+) and Linux/UNIX (Red Hat preferred) desirable
Basic understanding of networking concepts (Ethernet, TCP/IP, Windows Server networking)
Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
Preferred
Microsoft MCSA/MCSE certifications; Apple ACMT/ACSP or Cisco CCNA preferred
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
1-3 years of relevant experience
