Responsibilities

Innovate, develop and implement the Paisly product portfolio
Develop business relationships with other business partners within the travel & hospitality industry, i.e. hotels, cruise lines, car rentals, insurance and activity partners to enhance Paisly product offerings
Define Paisly’s pricing philosophy with a view to maximizing overall revenue and then implementing this strategy on a day-to-day basis
In conjunction with the Marketing and Data Analytics teams, evaluate customer data to measure the results and effectiveness of promotional initiatives
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex customer and product data sets
Negotiate commercial terms and operating procedures of business partners and develop high-level targets for partner performance
Continuously evaluate and update partnership agreements to support competitive pricing strategies and achieve revenue goals
Manage existing and new partnerships on an ongoing basis, including performing data-driven assessment of partnership value
Build a collaborative partnership with Paisly Marketing and Tech teams to maximize product capabilities
Take a significant role in the leadership and development of crewmembers to support engagement, growth and goal achievement
Other complex projects and duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
Seven (7) years of Commercial and/or Marketing experience with at least two (2) years in a senior management role
Highly experienced in building and developing teams
Strong conceptual thinking skills with an ability to problem solve, recommend solutions and intuitively prioritize business issues
Sharp analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, inform and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills
Ability to build interdepartmental relationships across Paisly and JetBlue
Experience building and managing a budget
Available for overnight travel (10%)
Must pass a ten (10) year background check
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
