Responsibilities
Lead all planning associated with strategic marketplace events
Coordinate involvement of MOT, Leadership and invited guests
Manage external speaker engagement, contract and support needs
Lead plan execution and post-event review
Develop, monitor and manage budget for Broker Relations/Client Development in support of Strategic Growth plan
Respond to event-based sales opportunities as a licensed Health representative
Convert connections made at marketplace events into leads for Sales Executives' pursuit
Provide onsite management of events
Effectively communicate with executives and key influencers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Valid Driver's license State of Virginia
Must obtain an L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 90 days of hire
5 years of related experience required
Related years of experience includes Business Acumen, Customer Relation, or related field
