Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial analysis of multifamily properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Evaluate property-level financial performance, identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost savings
Analyze capital expenditure plans and assess their impact on property cash flows and long-term value
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the multifamily markets
Provide insights on market conditions, rental rates, and demand drivers to inform investment decisions
Collaborate with property management teams to monitor and enhance operational performance
Develop and implement strategies to optimize property occupancy, rental rates, and overall resident satisfaction
Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to senior management
Communicate key findings, recommendations, and insights to internal stakeholders and external partners
Assist in the development and execution of asset-specific and portfolio-wide strategies to maximize returns and achieve investment objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPM, CCIM) is a plus
2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate asset management or a related field
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with strong Excel skills
Knowledge of property management software and tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends
