Responsibilities
Manage all BVID requests coming through and process them appropriately via tagging in the right DRIs for approval, asking the necessary questions, and ultimately completing the request
Manage all BVID audit and compliance requests from the Internal Audit team –
Manage the "tax retailer" onboarding Slack workflow and update the associated runtime with the submitted business ID
Set up New Verticals Merchants for alcohol in a compliant manner
Assist with store creation and onboarding
Assist with support requests from the Enterprise Partnership Managers
Project Manage initiatives that address Finance and Reconciliation pain points for all NV merchants
Create scalable solutions to triage set up errors and enable faster onboarding in Salesforce
Unblock Invoicing and Payment errors in partnership with Accounting and Engineering teams
Own the Merchant Finance Product Roadmap, working with cross-functional teams to prioritize our most impactful products
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience working in data entry
Bachelor's degree required
