This role involves managing project initiatives related to customer operations, including requirements gathering, development, and operational readiness for key milestones.

Responsibilities
Manage the entire process from requirements/work sessions to development and operational readiness for Day 1, Day 90, and other key milestones associated with initiatives
Spend 20% of time on internal alignment meetings
Spend 25% of time on cross-functional working sessions/meetings
Spend 20% of time on project plan and status report maintenance
Spend 15% of time sending emails
Spend 20% of time on PowerPoint deck creation
Create project plans with dependencies with limited leadership oversight
Communicate effectively with senior leadership via email and PowerPoint
Identify RAID items (risk, assumptions, and dependencies) to track them to closure
Qualification
Required
6+ years of project/program management experience
Risk management/ risk mitigation
Project Plans
Roadmaps
SDLC/Agile
Strong background with managing large, scale projects/programs
Experience working within both a waterfall & agile environment
Strong experience within presenting project plan, roadmap, and delivery to the executive level
Tools: MS Projects, Jira, Smartsheets, MS Office Suits, Powerpoint
Good communication & personality
