Responsibilities
Assist with property tours, application processing, lease execution, and resident communications
Learn how to submit and track work orders, conduct unit inspections, and support preventative maintenance efforts
Understand rent collection procedures, delinquency follow-up, and basic budget tracking
Observe how service providers are selected, scheduled, and evaluated
Support documentation for fair housing, safety protocols, and internal audits
Participate in community engagement, social media content planning, and local outreach efforts
Support ongoing projects, attend team meetings, and collaborate with other interns and departments on cross-functional initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
Passion for real estate, property management, community development, or investment strategy
