They are seeking a CFT Receptionist who will act as the first point of contact for visitors, provide administrative support to the executive team, and ensure a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Greets and assists visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Maintains a clean and organized reception area
Handles incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Coordinates scheduling and booking for meeting rooms
Manages the main phone line by answering, screening, and directing calls
Provides broad administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Assists in coordinating meetings, including preparing agenda and following up on action items
Conducts research and compiles data for projects as needed
Provides support for office events and group meetings including but not limited to coordinating vendors, receiving food order, setting up and cleaning up, as well as any logistics that may arise
Assists with onboarding for new hires and conducts I-9 verifications
Qualification
Required
Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in reception, office administration or executive assistance is preferred
Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings (including but not limited to store training, Recognizing & Preventing Sexual Harassment training, Conscious Inclusion training, and Landmark Forum, etc.)
