Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive HCP marketing strategies for IO, aimed at increasing the adoption and understanding of AstraZeneca’s treatments
Lead the creation and management of HCP campaigns, ensuring they are data-driven and meet strategic business objectives
Partner with internal teams, including Medical Affairs, Sales, Insights & Analytics, Market Access, and Training, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies
Assist in the identification, evaluation, and adoption of new partnerships and technologies
Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives
Ensure all marketing practices are compliant with AstraZeneca’s standards and industry regulations, while integrating innovative approaches
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on oncology
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
Proven experience in leading without authority
Strategic thinking
Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, inclusive approach that drives team success
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA or higher) is preferred
Prior experience in cancer is highly desirable
Familiarity with digital marketing and omnichannel strategies is advantageous
