Compensation Analyst (Human Resources) Intern - Bachelor's Degree

They are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Intern to support their Compensation team with data analysis and core compensation processes, providing valuable exposure to corporate compensation programs.

Responsibilities
Support compensation analysis and reporting
Assist with maintaining and analyzing compensation data
Help prepare materials and presentations for internal stakeholders
Support annual compensation processes such as merit reviews and pay adjustments
Conduct research on compensation trends and best practices
Assist with reviewing job descriptions and supporting FLSA exemption classification analysis
Support the preparation and submission of compensation surveys and help validate survey data
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or other related fields with an anticipated graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; experience with data analysis tools is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
