Qualification
Required
5+ years in operations, fulfillment, or workflow leadership
Strong background in branded merchandise, promotions, or marketing execution preferred
Hands-on experience improving systems and automating workflows
Natural problem-solver who's process-focused and outcome-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-growing company building structure as it scales
Preferred
