Director/ExecutiveDoncasters Group is a leading international manufacturer of specialist superalloys and high-performance alloy components. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head of Continuous Improvement to lead the deployment of continuous improvement standards across their manufacturing sites in North America.

Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and adoption of global CI standards, tools, and methodologies across all manufacturing sites in the region
Provide strategic guidance and support to site-based CI teams, ensuring alignment with corporate CI objectives
Monitor CI initiatives and progress across sites, identifying opportunities for replication of best practices
Collaborate with site leadership to integrate CI initiatives into operational plans and business objectives
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring CI principles are embedded in daily operations
Facilitate regional CI forums, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance capabilities across sites
Track and report regional CI performance metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with global reporting standards
Act as the regional CI ambassador, promoting engagement, accountability, and measurable results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
Significant experience in continuous improvement/operational excellence roles within heavy industrial manufacturing
Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple sites and functions, without direct reporting lines
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or other CI methodologies and tools
Experience implementing global standards across regional or multi-site operations
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and results-driven mindset with a focus on sustainable change and measurable impact
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
