Responsibilities

Listen to and audit all Outside Sales calls using Rilla software
Monitor Project Manager activity, behavior, and adherence to the established sales process
Evaluate call structure, compliance, messaging consistency, objection handling, and close execution
Ensure sales calls align with company standards, legal requirements, and customer experience expectations
Maintain detailed, accurate notes on each audited call
Track sales call data and Project Manager performance in a structured, repeatable manner
Develop and maintain consistent evaluation criteria to ensure all sales calls are measured equally
Identify performance trends, strengths, and recurring issues across individuals and the team
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all audits and reporting outputs
Design and implement a standardized process for managing, evaluating, and storing audit data
Create clear workflows and scoring standards for call evaluations
Compile weekly and monthly audit reports using defined metrics
Translate raw audit data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
Present weekly and monthly audit findings to Management
Clearly communicate performance trends, compliance gaps, and coaching opportunities
Partner with Sales Leadership to align audit insights with coaching and accountability efforts
Provide objective, data-backed feedback that supports continuous improvement
Identify training gaps and inconsistencies through call data and audit trends
Surface recurring issues related to process, messaging, or execution
Collaborate with leadership to recommend improvements to sales training and process documentation
Support ongoing refinement of sales standards and best practices
Work closely with Outside Sales, Data, and Confirmation teams to ensure alignment
Respond to ad hoc requests related to sales quality, audits, or reporting
Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives

Required

Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in sales operations, quality assurance, auditing, or a related role
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage high-volume work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High energy, positive attitude, and a proactive, can-do mindset
Ability to maintain objectivity, confidentiality, and professionalism

Preferred

Experience auditing sales calls or working with call intelligence platforms (Rilla preferred)
Experience supporting Outside Sales or in-home sales teams
Familiarity with performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures
Experience presenting findings to leadership
