Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned
Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness
Assists with marketing and communication assignments
Maintains confidential records, files, and/or information
Communicates on a basic level with others to provide, exchange, or verify information
May assist in preparing reports and/or other communications
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in a four-year accredited college or university
Must have experience using email and other office software applications, such as Microsoft Office products
Basic knowledge of office procedures
Basic knowledge of computers and standard office software applications
Skill in the operation of computer and general office equipment
Ability to read, comprehend, and apply instructions
Ability to maintain departmental records
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
