IT Client Partner – Life Sciences / Pharma
SRM Digital LLC is seeking an experienced IT Client Partner with a strong background in IT sales and client relationship management within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domain. The role involves managing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and aligning business needs with technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Own and manage strategic client relationships within the Life Sciences / Pharma sector
Drive IT services and solutions sales, including application development, digital transformation, data, cloud, and managed services
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop account growth strategies
Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution architecture teams to create tailored proposals
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial closures
Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery and oversee ongoing engagement health
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technology advancements in Life Sciences / Pharma
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of overall experience with strong exposure to IT sales and client partnering
Proven experience working with Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical clients
Strong understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and enterprise technology offerings
Demonstrated success in account management, revenue growth, and client retention
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to engage with CXOs, business leaders, and technical teams
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience working with global clients or large enterprise accounts
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in Life Sciences / Pharma (e.g., GxP, FDA, HIPAA)
Prior experience with system integrators or IT consulting organizations
