Responsibilities
Analyze demand data and allocate seat inventory using automated forecasts
Execute tactical inventory controls for future train departures
Monitor critical departures daily and make necessary adjustments
Analyze past, present, and future passenger demand to support pricing, utilization, and promotions, and evaluate KPI reports for issue identification and improvement
Determine and implement overbooking authorizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience
Plus 3 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated quantitative analysis skills and ability to apply supply and demand concepts
Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access, or equivalent training
Ability to make timely decisions with an appropriate balance of analysis
Detail-oriented with the capability to handle multiple competing demands
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, along with excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience
Plus 5 years of relevant work experience
