Responsibilities
Develop and implement customized onboarding plans for new HubSpot users, ensuring a great experience
Provide expert guidance and training on HubSpot's tools and features, tailoring instructions to client use-cases
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align HubSpot solutions with overall business strategies
Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing support and optimization suggestions
Stay updated with HubSpot updates and new features, continuously enhancing our onboarding strategies
Address and resolve any issues or concerns during the onboarding process
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and productive onboarding experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in HubSpot onboarding, implementation, or training
Strong understanding of inbound marketing, CRM, and sales processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering client-focused solutions
Deep knowledge of HubSpot automations, including Workflows & Sequences
Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
HubSpot certifications are highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
