The Client Account Executive is responsible for driving growth and retention within customer accounts by engaging in consultative selling and supporting initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Drive ancillary cross-sell and upsell opportunities across customer accounts, including but not limited to:
Drake Accounting (DAS)
Drake Portals
TaxBook
RightWorks
Workflow
Support enrollment-based sales goals for products such as:
Bank Products
DrakePay
Tax Protection Plus
Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate core product packages, including Drake Tax Online and other Drake Software solutions
Engage in proactive outreach initiatives designed to improve customer retention and long-term account value
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers, addressing questions and identifying opportunities to better meet their needs
Accurately document customer interactions and opportunities in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualification

B2BB2C salesCustomer serviceMicrosoft 365SalesforceTax software experienceCommunication skillsRelationship-building

Required

Minimum of two (2) years of experience selling products or services in a B2B or B2C environment
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Prior experience with Drake Software or other tax software products
Familiarity with the tax and accounting industry
