Responsibilities
Leading business process mappings / process flows (current vs future state) including Visio build outs. Translation into actions for establishing new operational state
Lead tracking and adherence to plan for documentation updates
Tracking and leading workstream activities for various operational elements to support operational. Includes leading meetings, capturing meeting notes, actions items, status updates
Generation of weekly progress dashboards on workstreams
Assist with schedule build out, gathering weekly status updates, leading workstreams to plan. Identification of schedule risks, mitigations
Generation, update, status report out of readiness task trackers
Strategy development supporting functional review sessions and management of these sessions to plan
Facilitation and ability to lead teams to decisions, actions, risk development in working sessions
Qualification
Required
Proven success leading projects or acting in a project management support capacity with 8 or more years of experience
4-year degree in engineering, sciences, project management or other technical field of study
Experience leading the development of action items, risks associated with business process mapping, change impact assessments
Skilled in the development of schedules and status updates
Ability to gather status updates on action items, schedule
Familiarity utilizing Project Management Tools based on PMBOK, PMI principles to lead projects
Experience leading or supporting operational readiness elements of projects desired
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, matrixed teams
Organized, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work within a highly regulated, compliance-driven setting (pharmaceutical industry)
Proficiency with MS Office suite of products and other software platforms
Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Visio, Think Cell or other project management software desired
Preferred
Strong experience with operational and quality assurance functionalities within large scale drug substance manufacturing are a must!
MES EBR exposure will be extremely helpful
