Responsibilities
Identify and deliver solutions to support decisions related to talent, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation
Collaborate with team members to communicate and implement HR strategies
Assist with employee training, develop initiatives including research, organizing and conducting training programs of various topics
Maintain in-depth knowledge of multiple federal, state and local regulations to ensure compliance
Possess initiative to improve processes and have a customer service-orientated mindset
Provide back-up support to the HR Coordinator as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Human Resources experience
Strong skills using MS Office
Ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential information
Preferred
Strong background in employee relations
PHR/HRCI Certification
