Responsibilities
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
Understand user problems and identify opportunities that align user value with business goals
Establish, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
Translate product roadmaps into effective design strategies and ensure timely delivery
Champion design quality, usability, and accessibility across mobile, tablet, and web platforms
Engage with stakeholders throughout the design process, clearly communicating design rationale, trade-offs, and outcomes
Foster a strong, collaborative, and resilient design culture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and collaboration
Deep experience with design systems, including contribution and governance
Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing
Proven ability to design responsive experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and mobile app use cases
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and bring clarity to complex problems
Excellent communication skills with fluent English
