Contact clients via telephone to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans
Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements using accounting software
Analyse account information to determine appropriate collection strategies
Process payments and update account details promptly in the system
Follow up on outstanding balances in accordance with company policies
Assist with data entry related to accounts payable and receivable processes
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures during all collection activities
Provide exceptional customer service through professional phone etiquette and clear communication
Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and escalate issues as necessary
