Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with Weave Wealth’s growth goals
Help position Weave Wealth as a trusted, thoughtful resource for comprehensive financial planning
Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor positioning, and best practices in financial services marketing
Create and manage content for the website, blog, newsletters, social media, and client communications
Translate financial planning concepts into clear, compelling, and educational content that resonates with clients and prospects
Collaborate with advisors to develop thought leadership and educational materials
Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and website updates
Support SEO efforts and monitor performance metrics to improve reach and engagement
Assist with digital advertising and campaign reporting as needed
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints
Support public relations efforts, announcements, and firm updates
Help maintain Weave Wealth’s brand voice—professional, approachable, and client-focused
Support client education events, webinars, and seminars through promotional materials and follow-up communications
Assist in developing client-facing materials that reinforce Weave Wealth’s value and long-term approach
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2+ years of marketing experience; experience in financial services, wealth management, or professional services is a plus
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and social media tools
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborative mindset and comfort working with advisors and leadership
Preferred
Familiarity with financial planning or investment advisory concepts
Experience with SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM platforms
Design or basic multimedia skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
