Partner with HR, Business Development, Service Lines, Finance, Legal, and HRT on compensation model redesigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of one year of related experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret and visualize data from multiple sources with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communications skills
Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively in a complex and matrix organizational structure
Preferred
Previous experience analyzing provider compensation and contracts highly preferred
