Responsibilities
Lead end to end CLM implementations, primarily focused on Ironclad, from intake through go live
Serve as a trusted client facing consultant for legal and business stakeholders
Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering workshops, and stakeholder interviews
Document detailed business requirements, process flows, and functional design artifacts
Design and prioritize future state CLM solutions aligned with business objectives
Partner with offshore and onshore configuration teams to oversee solution delivery
Lead client demonstrations during the build phase and ensure expectations are met
Own functional testing, validation cycles, and readiness for User Acceptance Testing
Support defect triage and resolution during testing
Participate in training delivery, final handoff, and post go live hypercare
Contribute to continuous improvement of CLM delivery standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading multiple end to end CLM implementations
Consulting experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements, design oversight, testing, and training
Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CLM, legal operations, or enterprise SaaS environments
Strong experience leading client facing workshops and implementation engagements
Solid understanding of contract management processes, legal workflows, and approval models
Experience translating business requirements into configured system solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Ironclad CLM certification
Background in consulting or professional services
Familiarity with Salesforce integrated CLM environments
Experience supporting enterprise or legal services clients
