Responsibilities
Provide strong and effective leadership via video, phone, and chat, and inspire and motivate your team to achieve program goals
Monitor and support the JDA TSG Tax Support Slack Channel, provide accurate tax information and resources, and respond timely to all requests for assistance
Identify and address issues and challenges within the leadership channels, customer-facing issues, and customer escalations, ensuring resolution in a friendly and timely manner
Conduct call monitoring, listening for opportunities to provide support
Execute customer callbacks as requested
Carefully document all customer interactions for assistance in coaching and escalations
Qualification
Required
Actively credentialed, U.S. based Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with an active PTIN
1+ years experience in a remote, supervisory role, leading teams of 5 or more tax professionals
2+ years of professional experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns using professional tax preparation software in a professional/retail setting
Strong technical skills and ability to navigate computer systems and software including Professional tax software, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel), Slack, Timekeeping solutions, etc
A dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection and personal computer for administrative responsibilities
