Responsibilities
Develop and lead the implementation of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, including custom workflows, multiple identity connectors, and custom claims
Guide clients and internal teams on the secure and appropriate use of authentication and authorization standards like OpenID Connect
Integrate Auth0's SDKs and APIs into applications to enable features like user login and registration
Provide technical guidance, personnel leadership, and mentorship to cross-functional teams of engineers
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them identify CIAM requirements and develop solutions using Auth0 and other tools
Create standards and practical guidance for developers to ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and highly available
Work with stakeholders to gather and document technical and functional requirements for identity platforms
Qualification
Required
Deep, hands-on experience with Auth0 architecture, including custom login flows, rules, and enterprise integrations
Strong understanding of IAM, CIAM, and modern identity and access management standards like OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML
Preferred
Proficiency in software development, application architecture, and integrating systems
Experience with related technologies like API Gateways, cryptography, and cloud platforms is often a plus
Typically requires 10+l years of experience in IAM solution design, with a significant portion focused on Auth0 architecture or advanced implementation
