Responsibilities
Rapidly produce production-ready code in .NET Core or Python with the assistance of AI coding tools
Generate automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end) using GenAI capabilities
Create mock data, identify vulnerabilities, and perform code quality checks using AI
Support deployment and infrastructure tasks through infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Bicep) and AI-enhanced debugging
Collaborate in a fast-moving, iterative environment focused on delivering prototypes and features quickly
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on development experience
Strong fluency in .NET Core or Python and best practices for clean, maintainable code
Regular use of modern AI tools for coding, testing, or DevOps tasks (Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, etc.)
Knowledge of spec-driven development and context engineering with GenAI models
Comfort working in a rapid, experimental environment where priorities change quickly
Testing-first mindset and ability to automate QA processes through AI
