Responsibilities
Assist with QuickBooks and Bookkeeping support for county Farm Bureau bookkeepers
On-the-job training to assist in preparing end-of-year adjusting journal entries, creating a worksheet for the preparation of all county Farm Bureau federal and state income tax returns (990, 990T, F1120)
Assist in performing financial reviews at the request of the county Farm Bureau leadership
Respond to or assist county Farm Bureaus with IRS, SSA, and FL DOR notices
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
At least two (2) year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or other closely related experience
Preferred
Experience with QuickBooks, payroll, and sales tax preparation
Certifications as QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Certified Payroll Profession, or Enrolled Agent
