Business Development Representative– Outbound
National Experiential specializes in delivering exceptional brand experiences, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative – Outbound to support their growth by building a strong client-direct sales pipeline. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating business conversations, and generating qualified leads through outbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective clients
Identify and engage decision-makers at brands and agencies
Build rapport and establish early-stage client relationships
Schedule and attend introductory and discovery meetings
Present National Experiential’s capabilities and solutions
Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline updates in CRM tools
Manage follow-ups and next steps with consistency and discipline
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility
Proven ability in lead generation, sales prospecting, and pipeline management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
1–2 years of outbound or inside sales experience
Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers
Competitive, coachable, and resilient
Motivated by performance, growth, and earning potential
Preferred
Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition is highly advantageous
Familiarity with brand marketing or experiential marketing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
