Responsibilities
Work as part of a collaborative and high-performing team delivering technical solutions within the highest levels of the federal government
Design and operate Kubernetes and container platforms supporting mission-critical workloads
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Ensure platform scalability, reliability, performance, and security
Participate in Agile execution, planning, and continuous improvement activities
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in complex environments
Communicate platform status, risks, and technical decisions clearly to stakeholders
Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and professionalism
Use creativity and engineering judgment to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs
Qualification
Required
An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance
10+ years in systems or DevOps engineering, such as at least 3 years with Kubernetes and container platforms
Hands-on experience with AL/ML on Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm, Docker, Cilium, Rook, Ceph, MinIO, S3, and PortWorx
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Required certification: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
Possess a DoD 8140 DCWF Role of 451 – System Administrator with certifications such as Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is preferred; Relevant experience may be substituted for education
