Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Administrative support for three VPs
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Answering inbound calls and emails
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Support scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
Basic accounting
Coordinating purchase requests for the team
Basic inventory management
Overseeing general office operation
Oversee security of buildings and grounds
Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team
Greeting visitors, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class customer service
Qualification
Required
Excellent organization skills
Ability to take initiative and self-prioritize tasks
Comfortable taking instructions and handling unexpected tasks
Administrative support for three VPs

Experience with billing and accounts receivable major plus
