Responsibilities
Support day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital, print, email, and social channels
Assist with content creation, including writing and editing copy for emails, websites, social posts, and marketing materials
Help design, update, and format assets using Adobe Creative Suite
Assist with managing and scheduling social media content; help monitor engagement and respond as needed
Support partnership and relationship-based marketing efforts, including coordinating assets, communications, and timelines with partners
Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, and project documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials
Assist with basic reporting, analytics, and campaign performance tracking
Provide general marketing and administrative support as projects evolve
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop preferred)
Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with managing or supporting social media accounts
Comfortable supporting partner relationships and external communications
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Preferred
Experience with social media scheduling tools, emailing marketing platforms
Basic understanding of partnership, affiliate, or community marketing
Interest in growing skills across content, brand, or digital marketing
Experience in B2B, healthcare, or professional services marketing
