Sr Technical Recruiter
QualityHub is a premier life science consulting firm that provides people, process and proven results to clients across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, developing recruitment strategies, and managing consultant relationships to ensure effective staffing solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
Full Life-Cycle Recruiting
Identify, evaluate, and onboard top talent with expertise in regulatory, quality, compliance and scientific/engineering for projects that provide staff augmentation, training, auditing and consulting services for our clients
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to maintain and build our independent consultant bench, creating a robust pipeline that promotes placement of the right candidate at the right time to meet project and client needs
Develop and cultivate relationships with our consultancy to ensure an exceptional experience working with QualityHub across the project lifecycle
Utilize systems and technology to actively manage QualityHub’s database of consultants, curating information on individual knowledge, skills and abilities to optimize efficiency of the recruiting process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, human resources or medical device industry
7-10 years' experience as a Technical Recruiter in any of the above industries
Strong technical recruiting skills, with the ability to identify and attract top talent in the industry
Experience in the FDA regulated industry is a priority
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Preferred
1-2 years of previous experience in sales, marketing or business development a plus
