Responsibilities
Write documentation from scratch, not just edit existing documents
Maintain document quality with exceptional attention to detail
Create videos using the Adobe Acrobat Suite
Utilize advanced features in Microsoft Word, including styles and macros
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in Networking, Telecom, Cloud, or Storage industries
Experience working with DITA/XML using the Oxygen XML Editor
Proficient in creating videos using the Adobe Acrobat Suite
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, with experience in using styles and macros highly desirable
