Responsibilities
Inspection Area Setup
Tool/Equipment setup verification (torque spec, ESD control, etc.)
SOP verification
6S actions, knowledge and procedures
Monitor the Quality of Output
Perform visual inspection of 100% of final products
Identify issues and corrective actions on a real-time basis
Create a report for each final product inspected
Perform Audits based on the request of leader
Issue Resolution
Escalate issues impacting the production process and communicate to:
Lead
Supervisor
Necessary departments
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or higher
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
Attention to details with high focus on Quality and Process / Product Improvement
Possess a high level of integrity and strong work ethic
Requires the ability to bend, twist, pull, lift and stand for extended periods of time
Capable of lifting a minimum of 50lb
